We were very surprised when the Easter Bunny peeped through our door whilst we were reading a story! We went on a little walk around school and noticed lots of different signs that the Easter Bunny had been. We left carrots for him and we can’t wait to see if he has had a nibble at our carrots and left us any Easter eggs.

On World Book Day the we ‘snuggled up with a book’. We shared our favourite stories with our friends. Miss Simpson was very impressed with how carefully we looked at our books and how well we turned each page.

The children enjoyed looking at their stories independently and with their peers.

We had some very tasty hot chocolate and marshmallows for our cosy snack!
