At St Mary’s we offer the opportunity of breakfast and after school club. Where you can book morning and or afternoon sessions for you child as required.
If you wish to take up our offer of wrap around care, contact the School Office.
They will give you the necessary information and forms that need to be completed.
We provide an online booking system whereby you can book on a weekly basis.
Places are limited so booking in advance is recommended.
::Breakfast Club
7.30am – 8.45am
The children are provided with a breakfast if they wish. Breakfast is served until 8.30am.
- Toast
- Pancakes
- Fruit
- Fresh Orange/Water
At 8.45am the children are then escorted down to school in time for the school bell. They are then taken to the appropriate classes.
Fee: £4.00
After School Club
3.15pm – 5.30pm
The children are collected from class at the end of the school day by school staff. The staff have a register, and a roll call is taken. Children are taken to the Drama Hall.
Children will be provided with a snack, fruit and drinks.
They are free to join in planned and varied activities if they wish. They may do their homework or rest in the quiet area.
Fee: £7.00
Could we please request, that any food/drink, not be sent into the wrap around provision from home.
Personal Belongings
Children are requested not to bring any personal toys, electronic games or mobile phones to the sessions.
Collection
We ask that you collect your child no later than 5.30pm prompt from After School Club door 10.
A charge of £5.00 per every 15mins will be incurred after 5.30pm staff are paid until 5.30pm and the charge is made to cover additional time staff have had to remain . If a child/children is continually collected late the school reserves the right to refuse access to the after school wrap around provision.
Please inform the school if any other person than yourself is collecting your child/children. Please understand that this is very important as we will not let any child leave without prior knowledge of who is collecting.
